Some of us traveled all the way to Ladysmith on Saturday, May 10, to Billy & Chuck's. Apologies to Billy, as we had him billed as "Phil". We got him right now. Billy is an excellent baker and has some commercial baking equipment. Billy and Chuck were gracious hosts and they fed us way too well! Life is good up north.
